Shortly after your bag order is begun, you will receive via electronic mail an image of your bag (a virtual bag) which includes your monogram, name or logo. We think you will love it! If for some reason you do not, contact us via an email or by phone stating what needs to be changed. If you are not satisfied with the revised virtual bag, simply reply to our email stating that you want your order canceled. We will promptly refund your payment in full.
